Transcription: The process of rolling a cigar requires time and skill. Depending on the size and strength of the cigar, two to four filler leaves are laid end to end and rolled to create the two halves of the binder leaves. These bunches are stuffed with filler that has been pressed in wooden molds. A wrapper leaf is then trimmed to the needed size and rolled around the filler at an angle, taking care to gently overlap at each turn. A cap is prepared from a small piece of wrapper.
